Raju Bhosale, the Founder and Director of Media Magic Institute, is an Electronics & Telecommunication Engineer who began his career with Philips India Limited (1997–2002), where he successfully handled several major engineering projects.

But his true calling lay in the world of stories. His passion for filmmaking eventually led him from circuits and systems to cameras and creativity. Today, he is a Film Writer, Director, Producer, and Creative Director with a strong body of work to his credit.

Raju has directed the Marathi feature film “Berij Vajabaki”, based on children and their lives, and his upcoming Hindi film “Such” is currently in the pipeline. He has also created numerous short films and documentaries across diverse themes.

Beyond filmmaking, Raju has dedicated many years to working closely with children and nurturing their creativity. He has conducted several workshops titled “Learn Science Creatively”, helping young minds explore science through imagination and experimentation. Many of his students have gone on to win prestigious national and international awards.

He also conducts E-Content Development Workshops for professors and students, empowering educators to create engaging digital learning material.

Most recently, he has launched the Future Science Champ program for students from Grade 6 to 12—an initiative designed to inspire scientific thinking, innovation, and curiosity among the next generation.
